The D‑20 is a Russian‑manufactured mini‑UAV (Class I ISR) built by Aeromax Group. Powered by a 40 cm³ internal‑combustion engine delivering 3.7 hp, it can remain airborne for up to 14 hours and cover more than 1,000 km, making it suited for persistent surveillance of remote or extensive sites such as pipelines, borders, and large‑scale facilities. Its “duck” aerodynamic layout and 4‑m wingspan allow a 5 kg payload, typically comprising high‑resolution, thermal, multispectral or magnetometric cameras. The D‑20K variant adds vertical‑take‑off/landing capability, operating from unprepared 7 × 7 m pads and supporting additional sensors such as laser scanners. Overall, the system provides long‑duration, low‑observable intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) for Russian forces.
