The D‑20K is a Russian‑operated, VTOL‑capable unmanned aerial system designed primarily for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions in remote or hard‑to‑reach environments. Powered by a 40 cm³, 3.7 hp internal‑combustion engine, it can take off and land on a 7 × 7 m unprepared site and sustain up to 14 hours of flight, covering more than 1,000 km at a top speed of 144 km/h. With a 4‑metre wingspan and a 5 kg payload capacity, the UAV can carry a range of sensor suites—including high‑resolution nadir and perspective cameras, thermal imagers, multispectral cameras, laser scanners, and magnetometric equipment—allowing simultaneous use of multiple payloads for detailed mapping, target tracking, and environmental monitoring.
