Aihmi AHM-1X (de2dd4a1-35b4-568b-84b4-e9104263f282)

The AIHMI AHM‑1X is a stand‑off loitering munition created by Greece’s S.A.S Technology. Designed for short‑ to medium‑range battlefield use, the expendable carrier can be launched from the company’s Sarisa or Talos UCAVs—and a forthcoming version will attach to 14‑inch NATO helicopter pylons. Carrying a single 2.75 in (70 mm) rocket such as the FZ‑90 or FZ‑275LGR, the AHM‑1X loiters silently with an ultra‑low visual, radar, thermal and acoustic signature, then fires from a 4‑7 km standoff distance, avoiding direct contact with defended targets. It can glide 13‑15 km from a 1 000 m release or travel 45 km under power, cruising at roughly 130 km/h, giving a total effective reach of about 60 km. Operated by Greece, it provides a flexible, low‑observable precision‑strike capability for both UCAV and rotary‑wing platforms.
