BAS-200 (d99da7f5-9014-57c3-b5de-634035620906)

The BAS‑200 is a Russian‑manufactured unmanned helicopter (VTOL) developed by Russian Helicopters, a Rostec subsidiary. Powered by a 54‑hp rotary piston engine, it can stay aloft for up to four hours, cruise at 160 km/h and carry a 50 kg payload. Its primary roles are intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and cargo transport, with proven use in Arctic ice‑breaker support, geophysical surveying, infrastructure monitoring, search‑and‑rescue and mail‑delivery missions. The system includes two UAVs, a ground control station and a transport container; the radio link reaches 100 km, and with relay stations the operational radius can extend to 400 km. The BAS‑200 is unarmed and operated exclusively by Russia.
