The HERO‑90 is a Uvision‑produced, electric‑powered loitering‑munition UAV designed for small‑unit and joint‑force operations. Weighing under 5 kg and stowable in a single‑person backpack, it launches from a disposable launch tube in under two minutes and can be fired from infantry, ground‑vehicle or naval platforms. Its 45‑minute endurance and >40 km range give operators ample loiter time for real‑time ISR, target identification and precision strike. The system carries a high‑yield warhead of more than 1.5 kg, selectable for anti‑tank, multi‑purpose or anti‑personnel effects, and supports mid‑mission abort, re‑engage and control hand‑over. HERO‑90 thus provides a portable, multi‑domain capability that combines reconnaissance, target acquisition and lethal strike for light‑armored and personnel targets.
