Shahed 125 (6424666c-be9e-5002-8da5-18aaf74eab50)
The Shahed‑125 is a tactical‑reconnaissance UAV produced by Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Company (HESA). Built with a V‑tail, rotary‑engine pusher layout and metal landing skids, it resembles a smaller‑scale Shahed‑129. Field‑level evidence first surfaced in early‑2015 imagery of a crash in Saravan, Iran, and was later identified in wreckage shot down by a Turkish F‑16 on 16 May 2015 after the aircraft allegedly breached Turkish airspace. The same type was photographed over the southern suburbs of Aleppo in October 2015, confirming its operational use by Syrian‑Iranian forces for battlefield surveillance and target acquisition.
