Ra'ad 2 (62d7bf08-1ddc-56cb-b9eb-60dc7122b492)
The Ra’ad 2 (also known as Rezvan) is a mini‑class, electric‑propulsion UAV produced by Iran’s INA Industries. With a 1.8 m wingspan, 1.5 m fuselage length and a top speed of 60‑70 km/h, it can loiter for up to 20 minutes and operate within a 20 km radius. Its 5 kg payload bay is fitted with a fragmentation or high‑explosive warhead, enabling the drone to act as a short‑range loitering munition for precision strike missions against personnel, light vehicles or soft‑target installations. Fielded exclusively by the Iranian armed forces, the Ra’ad 2 complements Iran’s emerging family of UAV‑borne weapons that also includes the Saeghe‑1 (1 kg warhead, 20 km range) and the longer‑range Raad‑3 (12 kg warhead, 100 km range).
