The CW‑25 is a hybrid gasoline‑battery VTOL fixed‑wing UAV developed by JOUAV for long‑duration, large‑area missions. With a 4.07 m wingspan, 29.5 kg MTOW and up to 6 kg of payload, it can stay aloft for 330‑360 minutes at a cruise speed of 82.8 km/h and operate up to 6 500 m altitude. Its fully autonomous one‑button take‑off/landing, dual‑GPS/dual‑compass navigation, RTK/PPK positioning and auto‑return functions enable precise (≤ 15 cm) vertical landings in harsh conditions (high‑altitude, humidity, low temperature, light rain). Payload options include high‑resolution EO/IR gimbals, LiDAR, mini‑SAR and aeromagnetic sensors, supporting mapping, surveying, infrastructure inspection, security and border‑monitoring tasks. The platform is fielded by China and marketed for civilian and governmental geospatial and surveillance applications.
