The Roketsan‑STM Alpagut is a Turkish‑produced smart loitering‑munition system designed for day‑or‑night operations against mobile or stationary land and sea targets, radar and communications nodes, command centres, light armoured vehicles and personnel. Weighing 45 kg with an 11 kg high‑explosive, armour‑piercing or thermobaric warhead, it can loiter for over 60 minutes and strike targets up to 60 km away. After launch the onboard TV/IIR seeker streams real‑time video to the operator, who can approve an autonomous attack. Alpagut can be launched singly or in swarms and integrates with MALE/HALE UAVs, fixed‑wing aircraft, helicopters (e.g., AKINCI, ANKA, ATAK‑2), ground vehicles and naval platforms, providing a versatile, fire‑and‑forget capability for precision strike missions.
