The DT46 is a French‑manufactured unmanned aerial system produced by Aeromapper in collaboration with the “équipe drone EDD.” Powered by an electric motor, the platform can stay aloft for up to two hours and reach a maximum speed of 120 km/h, with a 4.6‑metre wingspan and a 5‑kg payload capacity. The DT46 carries no armament and is therefore dedicated to non‑combat missions such as intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and aerial mapping for the French Army. Its modest endurance and payload make it well suited for short‑range, tactical ISR operations, providing ground commanders with real‑time situational awareness while remaining lightweight and easily deployable.
