Mugin EV460 (3840c141-fc03-565f-bc17-149d0838b506)
The Mugin EV460 is a fully electric, carbon‑fiber VTOL UAV developed by China’s Mugin UAV. With a 4.6‑metre wingspan, a maximum take‑off weight of 42 kg and an 8 kg payload capacity, it can carry high‑resolution optics, LiDAR, multispectral cameras or communication payloads for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) and mapping missions. Its quick‑detach airframe and three‑foot landing gear give rapid field assembly and compact storage, while the semi‑autonomous flight‑control system supports autonomous take‑off, cruise (21‑30 m/s) and landing. Endurance ranges from 1.5 to 2 hours (up to 150 km range), enabling persistent observation of tactical areas, border monitoring, disaster assessment and agricultural surveys. The platform is operated by Chinese forces and marketed for both civil and military customers.
