The WZ‑10 (Wing Loong‑10) is a high‑altitude, long‑endurance (HALE) jet‑powered UCAV developed by Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group for the People’s Liberation Army Air Force and export markets. Capable of 20‑hour flights at 620 km/h and a service ceiling of 15 km, it carries up to 900 kg of ordnance on six hardpoints—including precision‑guided bombs, the Blue Arrow missile and YJ‑9E anti‑ship missiles—while also supporting intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions with an electro‑optical sensor suite. The platform is used domestically for strike, battlefield assessment and typhoon‑monitoring, and has been delivered to the Royal Saudi Air Force (WL‑10B export variant). Its jet engine and stealth‑shaped airframe give it a blend of speed, endurance and low observability suited to modern network‑centric warfare.
