Thales Toutatis is a compact, electric loitering munition designed for rapid‑response, high‑intensity combat. Weighing under 5 kg with a 0.9 m wingspan, it can be launched from the ground, vehicles, helicopters or other drones and reaches speeds up to 150 km/h. After a short boost, the system loiters for roughly 40 minutes, providing short‑duration ISR and remaining in the operator’s decision loop until a target is identified. Its GNSS‑denial‑resistant VisioLoc sensor suite and modular warhead enable precision strikes against light‑armored vehicles and other time‑critical targets, delivering French forces with a flexible, low‑observable strike capability ready for operational deployment by 2025.
