Meraj 521 ( پهپاد معراج) (1751fa65-380d-5158-8104-3dcbb164319c)

The Meraj‑521 is an IRGC‑developed loitering‑munition (suicide) UAV designed for battlefield use by Iran’s ground forces. Built by the IRGC Research and Self‑sufficiency Jihad Organization’s UAV Research Center (INA), the disposable, carbon‑fiber drone is launched from a tubular or pneumatic catapult, unfolds its 75‑cm wings and is remotely guided to a target. It carries a 500 g, 700 g or 1 kg warhead and can loiter for 5–15 minutes over a 5 km radius, striking infantry, soft‑skin vehicles or other lightly defended assets. The system supports swarm attacks, saturating enemy air‑defence, and has been displayed for potential export, including reported transfers to Russia.
