The E95M is a high‑speed, pulse‑jet‑propelled UAV produced by ENIKS Joint‑Stock Company (Ukraine). Marketed as a maneuverable air‑target simulator, it is launched from a pneumatic catapult and recovered by parachute, supporting realistic training for air‑defence and surface‑to‑air systems. With a maximum take‑off weight of 70 kg, a 2.4 m wingspan, and a flight envelope of up to 30 minutes, 300‑400 km/h, 50 km range and 3 000 m altitude, the platform can also carry a 20 kg payload, giving it limited weapon capability. Russia is listed as the sole operator, employing the E95M for target‑practice and, potentially, low‑cost strike missions. The system integrates a VRD M135 pulse‑jet engine, GNSS (Cirocomm) antenna, Traco Power DC converter, and Ukrainian‑made relays.
