Songar Grenaded (06cdd911-46b9-5134-8ea1-5e2a321fa40e)
The Songar Grenaded is a Turkish‑made, VTOL‑capable unmanned aerial vehicle produced by Asısguard. Powered by an electric motor, it can stay aloft for about 15 minutes and operate within a 5‑km mission radius, reaching altitudes up to 2.8 km. Its primary combat payload is the lightweight RDS40‑MGL rotary grenade launcher (six‑barrel, 40 mm), capable of firing up to four grenades per sortie at 400 m (40×46 mm) or 800 m (40×53 mm). The platform also supports a 5.56 mm assault rifle and can be fitted with additional sensors—including EO/IR turrets, laser rangefinders and a 10× zoom camera—enabling day/night target acquisition, real‑time video streaming and swarm coordination. Deployed by the Turkish Armed Forces, the Songar Grenaded provides rapid, precision fire support and reconnaissance for ground units in urban and rugged environments.
