The UJ‑22 Airborne is a gasoline‑powered, twin‑engine UAV built by Ukrainian firm UKRJET. With a 5 m wingspan, 7‑hour endurance and a top speed of 160 km/h, it can cover up to 800 km autonomously or 100 km under direct control. Its 20 kg payload capacity accommodates precision‑guided munitions, sensor suites, or rescue equipment, making it a true multi‑purpose strike and ISR platform. Designed for all‑weather, day‑or‑night operations and hardened against electronic counter‑measures, the UJ‑22 supports intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, target acquisition, close‑air support and search‑and‑rescue missions. Since 2020 it has been fielded by the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a key component of their unmanned combat capability.
